We start by mapping the moisture. Meters and a thermal camera show where the water is, so the fix covers the cause and not only the stain. Mold estimates are free.

This is an office set up for mold work. Plastic walls seal off the room, and the furniture is covered. Air machines with HEPA filters keep the air in the work area moving out through a filter, so spores stay inside the containment.
