We work for homeowners, landlords, property managers, insurance adjusters and businesses, including theaters and churches. Each one needs something a little different. Homeowners need clear answers. Managers need every unit checked. Adjusters need photos and readings. We set the job up around what you need.
Homeowners
Most of our calls are from homeowners with a flooded basement, a burst pipe or smoke from a kitchen fire. We explain what is wet and what has to go, and we keep the records your insurance company will ask for.
Property managers and landlords
In an apartment building, one supply line can wet three units. We check every unit below and beside the source, not only the one that called. Tenants are told what we are doing and how long equipment will run. You get photos, readings and a short written summary for each unit.
Between emergencies we also do carpet cleaning at turnover, duct cleaning and odor removal.
Insurance adjusters and agents
Adjusters need a clear cause of loss, dated photos, moisture readings and a drying log. We send all of it. If we find something that changes the scope, like sewage water behind a wall, we call and document it before we remove anything.

Businesses
Offices, stores, restaurants and warehouses need the space back. We seal off the work area so the rest of the building can stay open when it is safe, and we can run drying equipment overnight. See commercial restoration.
Movie theaters
Theaters have long runs of carpet, upholstered seats and dark spaces where leaks go unnoticed. After water or smoke damage we extract, dry and clean carpet and seating, remove odor, and schedule work after the last showing when we can.
Churches
Older churches often have plaster walls, wood floors and items that cannot be replaced. We dry plaster in place when readings allow, clean pews and carpet, and pack out valuables during the work. We schedule around services.
